By accessing this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or enrolling in training, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of this website and services immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, book services, purchase products, or enroll in training.

By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. SERVICES AND DISCLAIMERS

House of Pigmentation provides professional beauty, cosmetic, hair, lash, brow, permanent makeup, paramedical tattooing, makeup artistry, training, and related services.

Paramedical tattooing includes but is not limited to: scar camouflage, stretch mark revision, areola restoration and reconstruction, and other corrective or restorative tattooing procedures.

All services are customized per client.

No Guarantees

House of Pigmentation does not guarantee any specific results. Outcomes vary based on individual factors including but not limited to skin type, health, medications, age, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, and healing response.

We make no guarantees regarding:

Cosmetic or aesthetic results
Hair service outcomes
Pigment retention, fading, or color healing
Scar camouflage or paramedical tattoo results
Training results, certification outcomes, income, or business success
Product performance or suitability

All before-and-after photos, videos, testimonials, and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of results.

4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

All services are cosmetic and/or educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Clients are responsible for consulting with a licensed medical professional prior to receiving any service if they have concerns including but not limited to medical conditions, allergies, skin disorders, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, or prior treatments.

By booking, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily undergoing cosmetic or paramedical procedures and assume all associated risks.

5. BOOKINGS, RETAINERS & PAYMENTS

All appointments require a non-refundable retainer to secure booking.

By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies displayed at checkout, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late arrival policies.

Failure to comply with booking policies may result in:

Loss of retainer
Forfeiture of appointment
Additional fees
Refusal of future service

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing by House of Pigmentation.

6. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Clients must provide at least 4 days notice to cancel or reschedule, excluding Bridal/ Special Event Contracts.

Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of retainer and/or additional fees.

No-shows will be charged in full and may be restricted from future booking.

7. PRODUCTS

All product sales are final unless defective upon receipt.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders
Modify pricing at any time
Limit quantities
Discontinue products without notice

We are not responsible for misuse of products or results outside of recommended use.

8. TRAINING & EDUCATION TERMS

Enrollment in any training program does not guarantee:

Certification success
Licensing approval
Employment
Client acquisition
Income or financial success

Students are solely responsible for complying with all state and local laws regarding their profession.

All training materials are intellectual property of House of Pigmentation and may not be copied, shared, resold, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

Violation will result in legal action.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, branding, images, videos, course materials, text, designs, and graphics—is the exclusive property of House of Pigmentation.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Pigmentation, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Personal injury or allergic reactions
Emotional distress
Loss of income, business, or opportunity
Service dissatisfaction or unmet expectations

Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House of Pigmentation and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

Your failure to follow aftercare instructions
Your misrepresentation of health or medical history

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, analytics, and communications.

We are not responsible for any issues, data loss, breaches, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to update or change content at any time without notice.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Pennsylvania courts.
